PLUS a letter written by me to you full of little life bits, recipes, restaurant recommendations, what i've been reading and anything interesting that I think you might like to hear about! <3

Each month you'll receive something different, but I guarantee it'll always be pieces that I've put my heart into!!

Am I tied to this forever!? Can I leave if I change my mind?
You can opt out at any time before the next month rolls over. (Once you've paid for the month, it cannot be refunded, but you can cancel before the next one is sent.) You will be billed on the same day every month. If you signed up on the 23rd of July, you'll be billed on the 23rd each following month. If you'd like to cancel your subscription you can do that via the subscription portal. (Just make sure it's before your monthly billing date!)

When will I receive my letter?
Letters are sent via regular stamp post at the end of each month. Postage is not tracked - it's snail mail! If you live in Australia, letters should arrive within 2 weeks. If you're an overseas subscriber, letters can take around 15-21 business days to arrive. If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of dispatch, please reach out to me via email hello@coloursandhoney.com

HELP! I changed my address, what do I do?
You can update your name, address, payment details and pause/cancel your subscription from the customer portal under your subscription account. Please email me if you need any further help - hello@coloursandhoney.com
