You can opt out at any time before the next month rolls over. (Once you've paid for the month, it cannot be refunded, but you can cancel before the next one is sent.) You will be billed on the same day every month. If you signed up on the 23rd of July, you'll be billed on the 23rd each following month.

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, you can do that via the subscription portal. Just make sure it's before your monthly billing date!

Letters are sent via regular stamp post at the end of each month. Postage is not tracked—it's snail mail!

If you live in Australia, letters should arrive within 2 weeks. If you're an overseas subscriber, letters can take around 15–21 business days to arrive.

If you haven't received your letter within 4 weeks of dispatch, please email hello@coloursandhoney.com

Please note: You must let me know within 6 weeks of dispatch if you have not yet received your letter in order to be sent a new one. Outside of this time period, you forgo that month's letter and will not be refunded or sent a new one. 

You can update your name, address, payment details, and pause or cancel your subscription from the customer portal under your subscription account.
